Engagements
Work is delivered under a written scope or a monthly team agreement. Each states deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. Changes to scope are discussed, re-estimated and agreed in writing before we proceed.
Ownership and IP
Everything we build for you belongs to you on payment: code, documentation, infrastructure configuration and design assets. We retain rights only to pre-existing tools and general know-how we bring to the work.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and sign an NDA before any detailed conversation. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement.
Third-party services
Where we use third-party models, cloud providers or tools on your behalf, their terms apply to that usage. Accounts are opened in your name wherever possible so you keep control.
Warranties and liability
We deliver work to a professional standard and fix defects in our deliverables reported within thirty days of handover. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end a monthly agreement with thirty days' notice. Fixed-scope work can be stopped at a milestone; work completed to that point is invoiced and handed over.
