About us · Kathmandu, Nepal

Hey, we're Shishir, Sabin, and Balaram.

We met in our first semester of university, long before Alpanomic was even an idea. Today we're the kind of engineering team we always wanted to work with: one that understands the product, communicates before being asked, and takes responsibility for the outcome.

No hand-offs after the sale.

The people you meet in discovery are the people who build your product, alongside engineers we've worked with for years.

Our story

One conversation
became Alpanomic.

Why three engineers who had good jobs decided to build the team they couldn't hire.

We met in our first semester of university, long before Alpanomic was even an idea.

Over the years, we went our own ways, working across product companies, service teams, consulting, and freelance projects. Different environments, different problems, but we kept noticing the same thing.

Too much time was spent chasing updates, explaining context, managing tasks, and worrying about whether things would actually get shipped.

Most businesses weren't struggling because they couldn't find developers. They were struggling because they couldn't find a team that would truly take ownership.

So one day, the three of us sat down and asked a simple question:

What if we built the kind of engineering team we'd want to work with ourselves?
  • Understands the product
  • Communicates before being asked
  • Moves fast
  • Takes responsibility for the outcome, not just the tickets

That conversation became Alpanomic.

Today, we work with founders and businesses that know where they want to go and need a strong technical team to help them get there.

Principles

Ascent. Orchestration.
Engineering. Acceleration.

The four ideas built into the mark, and into how we work.

01

Ascent

A sustained rising direction. We start with the person doing the work and move them forward.

02

Orchestration

Separate expertise aligned around one outcome: fewer moving parts, boring and proven infrastructure.

03

Engineering

A demo is not a system. We build for observability, hand-over and the day it breaks at 2am.

04

Acceleration

We agree a number before we start and report against it when we finish. The number is the deliverable.

The deal

You focus on the product,
customers, and business.
We'll take care of the engineering.
